Born in Cartagena, Colombia in 1981, Anibal studied visual and plastic arts at the Academia Superior de Artes de Bogotá.

With a minimalist approach, he implements technological systems with luminous elements that react to external stimuli.

His work offers a multi-active experience primarily manifested in three plastic concepts: Microgenesis, Art Light, and Plastic, which fluctuate between the integration of biological systems and graphic elements that question discordant behaviors.

Gomescásseres’ work is an inherent reflection on the evolutionary process, demonstrating how art and technology are connected in a sensory experience.

He has participated in exhibitions in various cities: Miami, Dallas, Tokyo, Seoul, Shanghai, Lisbon, Dubai, Mexico City, and Bogotá, belonging to important collections.
